CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS:

Writers’ Bloc accepts submissions of poetry, fiction, non-fiction, photography, and any other form of creative media from ALL HFU students, faculty, staff, and alumni. We are currently accepting submissions from October 28th, 2025, to March 1st, 2026, with a final published edition to be released in the Spring. Founded in 2024, Writers’ Bloc aims to create an inclusive space for creatives to come together to celebrate the written word through both reading and writing. With this, we are seeking those with a passion for producing creative media to share their ideas with the HFU community. 

We accept submissions via JotForm; please visit our submissions page for further instructions on submitting. 

We also encourage students who are interested in submitting their work to attend our bi-weekly meetings. In these meetings, we discuss submission ideas by coming together and adding on to one another’s creative ideas.
