Holy Family University is preparing to host its upcoming Professional Week: a campus-wide event in which students and faculty can join to gain insight and tools for their professional careers and life after graduation.
HFU professional week will bring in students and faculty members to expand their knowledge through a series of networking events, workshops, and sessions that’ll help boost career development. The goal of professional week is nice and simple: separate classroom learning and real-world experiences. During the week of March 16th to March 20th, students will be able to navigate to the ETC or the Campus Center and attend events such as “Build your own professional brand” or the “Interactive Interview Workshop.”
I recently spoke with the director of career development through email about Professional Week 2026, when asked what we can expect for the event, the director replied “Students can expect a week filled with interactive workshops, guest speakers, and networking opportunities designed to strengthen their professional presence and career readiness” and “the week is intentionally structured to prepare students to engage and network with employers at the Career Fair the following week.” We also spoke about what students will gain from participating and joining Professional week, the director answered with, “Professional Week helps students build confidence, refine their professional story, and better understand how to present themselves in employer settings” and “ultimately, students will leave feeling more prepared, polished, and ready to make meaningful connections at the Career Fair and beyond.”
Students at HFU have the opportunity to gain experience, knowledge, and insight on how to move forward after graduation. There will be a workshop where you can learn how to build your own brand using techniques from our business courses. Students will be able to gain insight if they want to create or pursue their own business. HFU students will be able to sign up and register for Professional Week. Come join us at HFU for Professional Week starting March 16th through the 20th. You can register on the Holy Family website.
