Our Mission
Writers’ Bloc fosters a vibrant literary community on the Holy Family University campus. Aiming to create inclusivity while bringing students together to celebrate the written word through both writing and reading activities. We provide opportunities for members to share their own creative works, discuss literature, and engage in meaningful conversations about various literary themes and topics. Through book discussions, author talks, writing workshops, and collaborative projects, we strive to cultivate a love for both writing and reading among our members. Additionally, we seek to promote literacy and critical thinking skills, encouraging members to explore diverse perspectives and voices in literature. By fostering a supportive and enriching environment, the Holy Family University Writing and Reading Club empowers students to become lifelong learners, thoughtful writers, and avid readers, contributing to a culture of intellectual curiosity and literary appreciation on our campus.
